Pee Wee Football Finishes Season with an Impressive Win

The Blanco Pee Wee Football team finished in spectacular fashion with another win over a combined Liberty Hill Gold and Purple team in Llano this past Saturday with a score of 20 to 6.

The Blanco Pee Wee team finished as the league runner ups with a 5-1 overall record. Blanco defeated Liberty Hill(LH) Purple 20-16, Burnet 32 to 0, LH Purple 26-21, LH Gold 26-6, LH Gold/Purple 20-6 and suffered their only defeat in the championship game to Fredericksburg with a final score of 18 to 13.

The offensive and defensive lines were played by Rowdy Topper, Jacob Shell, Christian Santos, Colby Murphree, BJ McGee, Isaiah Mancha, Hayes Johnson, Chisum Hotz, Aiden Fulton and Hunter Carruth. The Skill positions on both offense and defense were played by Cameron Anderson, Tyler Burney, Kaden Elrod and Grant Jones. The team was coached by Shane Garner, Gerald Elrod, Mike Anderson and Chad Johnson, with lots of help from Megan Topper. A special thanks goes out to Stephanie Shaw and the great job done by the cheerleaders.
