Lady Panthers Climb to 6-0 in District

The Lady Panthers added two more wins to their district record with big victories over the Comfort Deer on Tuesday, January 21 and the Johnson City Lady Eagles, Friday, January 24. In the 50-20 win over the Deer Meaghen Seales led the Panthers firing in 14 points. Reagan Rogers scored 10 points, with Lexee Jenkins adding 9. Charlsy Smith and Payton Savarino each sank 6 points, while Jamie McClinton made 3. Abbie Culton scored 2 points. Against Johnson City the Panthers outscored the Lady Eagles 77-37. Jenkins was on fire scoring 25 points to lead the Panthers. McClinton pumped in 17 points, with Rogers adding 12. Smith and Seales each scored 9. Savarino made 4, with Culton scoring 1.

The Junior Varsity beat Comfort 48-10. Gracie Edmondson and Montana Wiseman each scored 13 points to lead the team. Andrea Calzoncit made 9 points, and Kaleigh Griffin sank 6. Shayna Srackangast, Brenna Wallace, and Katlinn Calzoncit each scored 2 points. Hannah Hulbert scored 1 point.

The JV recorded a 28-24 win over the Lady Eagles. Andrea Calzoncit led the team scoring 11 points, with Edmondson making 7. Griffin sank 6, while Katlinn Calzoncit scored 4.

The Panthers travel to Ingram and Lago Vista for their final district games.
