Wednesday, February 5, 2014 • Posted February 6, 2014

In a joint press release from the American Legion post 352 and Blanco ISD, it was announced that a Mediated Settlement Agreement of pending litigation between the two organizations had been reached during Mediation held Friday, January 31.

The release was sent from Charles Lacallade, an Attorney out of Kingsland, who Mediated the event. Lacallade had been recommended by Judge Mills during the hearing on December 13.

The Mediated Settlement Agreement requires approval by the Post membership and the Blanco ISD Board of Trustees to become effective; the details of the agreement were not released, pending approval.
