Blanco FFA Finishes First at Floresville Invitational

This past weekend, 18 members of the Blanco FFA Chapter competed in the Floresville Invitational Livestock Contest.

As a team, Blanco finished first overall. Top four scores that were posted by Logan Dodd, Kari Graham, Hayden Hunt and Maggie Reininger were awarded a Lonestar Silversmith Belt Buckle. Logan Dodd also received a buckle for being the First High Individual Overall followed by Kari Graham in 4th, who received a plaque. Also finishing in the top one-quarter were Payton Savarino, Brenna Wallace, Ryan Edwards, Noah Wheeler and Jacob Robinson.

Other team members participating included: Bret Leigh Nance, Garret Seales, Logan Parker, Jacob Fuller, Carson Kipp, Katherine Biggs, Ryan Bible, Dalton Savanich and Molly Edmondson. The team’s next contest will be the East Central Invitational.
