First Baptist Church of Blanco is pleased to present, in partnership with Provident Films and Sherwood Pictures, Fireproof, the movie event. Like Facing the Giants and Flywheel, Fireproof is another life-changing movie from the Kendrick brothers illustrating the power of God to change lives.

Over the span of just a few weeks, Fireproof showed in top box-office charts and The Love Dare, and accompanying book, topped the New York Times best-seller list. Over the course of those weeks, millions of people were inspired with hope for their marriages and their relationships. Thousands of testimonies have poured in since their release.

The story of Fireproof comes from the heart of the producers, working in their communities to deal with the real issues people face every day, and First Baptist Church is offering the community an opportunity to enjoy the movie here in Blanco. On Saturday, February 14, dinner will be served at 6:00pm, followed by the movie at 7:00pm. Childcare for children under 10 will be provided with prior arrangements.
