Jan 8
• Theft. 2:50 PM. Five flags were reported missing from the front of the Old Blanco County Courthouse.
Jan 9
• Minor Traffic Accident. 1:13 PM. A truck hit another truck in the Super S parking lot. No injuries occurred and there was minor damage. An officer issued a blue form.
• Vandalism. 6:54 PM. A caller reported a vandalized vehicle at Blanco High School.
• Possible Intoxicated Driver. 7:19 PM. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle, with a possibly intoxicated driver, heading into Blanco on RR 1623. Officers reported that the vehicle was driving OK.
• Noise Complaint. 10:21 PM. Loud music was reported on Cherry St. The subjects, on Hackberry St., turned down the music.

• Noise Complaint. 12:08 AM. A caller heard a shot fired or a firecracker on Mesquite St.
• Criminal Mischief. 4:14 AM. A vehicle was seen doing donuts in the Super S parking lot.
• Burglary. 6:16 AM. A report was taken regarding money and property stolen from El Charro Restaurant.
Jan 11
• Juvenile. 1:56 AM. A complainant stated that a juvenile was throwing water balloons at vehicles on US 281 from the block across from Trinity Lutheran.
• Juvenile Complaint. 7:29 AM. A vehicle reportedly hit a gas pump at Blanco General and the driver was then involved in a verbal dispute with the clerk.
• Criminal Mischief. 2:09 PM. A fence on Whispering Oaks was damaged.
• Sexual Assault. 2:35 PM. A caller reported a sexual assault. EMS checked the individual. The responding officer reported that everything was OK.
• Car Hit Deer. 6:31 PM. A caller stated that he hit a deer on US 281 and the car was drivable. An officer issued a blue form.

• Alarm. 7:37 AM.
• Unknown Nature. 9:11 AM. Officers reported a truck on RR 1623, just past RR 1888 (with Blanco Co. SO).
• Reckless Driver. 2:30 PM. A caller on 4th St. reported speeding dump trucks that where going by in 20 to 30 minute intervals.

• Suspicious Person. 8:39 AM. An officer stated that a complainant had doubts about the character of a person living at an apartment complex.
• Threats. 5:15 PM. A caller asked to speak with an officer regarding some kids assaulting him.

• Intoxicated Driver. 3:34 PM. A subject came into the dispatch office smelling strongly of alcohol.
• Arrest on View. 3:47 PM. A subject was arrested on a warrant for felony forgery.

• Fraud. 1:32 PM.
• Reckless Driver. 4:20 PM. A vehicle was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed on US 281 but the officer did not observe that.
• Arrest on View. 6:24 PM. A subject was arrested on US 281 at Super S. The subject’s husband took possession of the vehicle.

• Welfare Concern. 1:06 PM. A subject needed Ministerial Alliance assistance.
• Funeral Escort. 2:30 PM. To Masonic Cemetery.
Jan 11
• Reckless Driver. 1:12 PM. A caller reported a vehicle driving very fast from Austin on US 290, on and off the roadway. An officer stopped the vehicle at Dairy Queen and issued a citation.
• Civil / Citizen Assist. 2:12 PM. A complainant stated that a subject took property and money from him (with Blanco Co. SO).
• Reckless Driver. 11:58 PM. A caller reported a truck going in and out of lanes on US 281, north into Johnson City.
Jan 12
• 911 Hangup. 9:37 AM. 911 received a hangup call from Hill Country Inn. The line was busy when the operator attempted to call back several times. Officers checked the hotel.
• Disturbance (Verbal). 8:08 PM. A customer at Hill Country Inn was yelling at the manager (with Blanco Co. SO).
Jan 13
• Disturbance. 7:52 PM. A caller stated that a subject had been drinking and they had had an argument involving pushing and shoving. Officers arrested one subject and filed a report (with Blanco Co. SO).
Jan 14
• Disturbance. 9:51 AM. A caller asked to speak with an officer about a disturbance with another individual. Officers separated the parties.

Jan 8
• Trespassing. 10:03 AM. A caller stated that someone had come onto the property and drove around.
• Smoke Investigation. 5:57 PM. Smoke was seen on McCall Creek Rd. An officer reported that the fire was put out.
Jan 9
• Fire Alarm. 2:10 AM. False alarm at a residence.
• Property Damage. 10:07 AM. A mailbox was reported damaged for the second time in two weeks and the fifth time in two years. Officers patrolled the area. The owner might install a security camera.
• Welfare Concern. 10:31 AM. A subject was stumbling westbound on US 290. An officer have the subject a courtesy ride to the Gillespie County line.
• Traffic Hazard. 6:38 PM. A caller stated that an 18-wheeler hauling cedar posts had loose straps; the caller was concerned. An officer stopped the vehicle and the driver picked up the strap.
• Vandalism. 7:47 PM. A caller reported vandalism to his mailbox. An officer searched the area and counted nine mailboxes damaged.
• Traffic Hazard. 7:51 PM. A dead animal was in the middle of US 290 East. An officer cleared the roadway.
• Agency Assist. 9:29 PM. An 18-wheeler’s wheels had caught on fire while at the US 281 and US 290 East intersection.

• Alarm. 12:41 AM. An officer responded to a LifeLine Alert medical emergency.
• Audible Alarm. 8:28 AM.
• Reckless Drivers. 10:20 AM. An elderly subject was driving recklessly on US 281.
• Suspicious Persons. 11:54 AM. A complainant stated that two subjects were possibly fighting on Flat Creek Rd., one walking and the other on a bicycle. An officer gave a subject a courtesy ride.
• Reckless Driver. 1:56 PM. A vehicle was all over the road on US 290 East.

• Destroy Collected Property. 1:34 PM. An officer notified 911 that collected property was being burned at the Sheriff Department sub-station.
• Reckless Driving. 3:55 PM. A caller reported three small children riding a 4-wheeler up and down Rust Ranch Rd. One of the children fell off and the caller requested an officer to check on them.
Jan 12
• Loose Livestock. 5:56 PM. A Black Angus cow was in the roadway on 962 East.
• Reckless Driver. 8:18 PM. A caller reported a vehicle driving on and off the roadway on US 281. An officer checked on the driver, who was tired. The driver agreed to rest for a while.
Jan 13
• Theft. 7:22 AM. Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox.
• Theft. 2:23 PM. A caller reported stolen property from a garage.
• Loose Livestock. 9:18 PM. A calf and cow were seen walking down the middle of Lost Oak Trail. An officer put the livestock back into the pasture.

• Reckless Drivers. 2:18 PM. Motorcycles were reportedly racing on Narrows Rd.
• Runaway Juvenile. 6:35 PM. A complainant wanted to report a missing juvenile who was last seen after school in Blanco.

• Intoxicated Driver. 2:35 AM. A vehicle was driving erratically on US 290 near Hye, swerving and not able to maintain a steady rate of speed. An officer reported that the driver was tired and lost.
• Arrest on View. 4:02 PM. One subject was arrested on RR 165, just south of Divide Pass.
