Chairman Will S. Moursund, President and CEO Gary Gruben, and Senior Vice President and Blanco Branch Manager John Sconiers are pleased to invite the citizens of Blanco and the surrounding communities to join them in the open house celebration of the new Blanco building for Cattleman’s National Bank to be held on Friday, February 20th, 2009 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Official ceremonies will begin at 3:00pm, followed by drawings for savings bonds and other festivities. The new 4,000 square-foot building replaces the much smaller facility that was opened in January of 1987 and at such time represented the first branch expansion of Cattleman’s National Bank from its main office in Round Mountain. The new building has three drive-thru lanes, an ATM, and safe deposit boxes for your banking convenience.

Project architect, Steve Thomas, with the architectural firm of Stehling, Klein, Thomas Architects located in Fredericksburg, provided the architectural design that features a polished red-granite exterior finish.

Building contractors, Steve and Ryan Nash, with Nash Builders, LTD, located in Horseshoe Bay constructed the new building.
