Wednesday, February 6, 2008 • Posted February 5, 2008

The Gem of the Hills Valentine’s Dance on Saturday, February 16, will host a silent auction and raffle to benefit the Gem of the Hills Aquatics Project. The items being offered at the auction and the raffle items one can win are truly impressive. The grand prize raffle is an 8-day, 7-night vacation to Orlando Florida’s Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sea World International Center. This lavish resort offers luxury vacation villas, magnificent swimming pools, the Bermuda Provisions Gift Shop and Deli, a poolside restaurant and bar, and Cap’n Finn’s Kids Club. This Grand Prize includes a week in a 2-bedroom suite that provides accommodations for up to six. Airfare for two is included as well. You do not have to be present to win the Grand prize; so don’t miss your opportunity to win this first class vacation!

Other fabulous items include a weekend timeshare in Colorado, 2 fishing trips: one to Port O’Connor and another to Lake Buchanan, a brand new set of custom built Diamond Golf clubs, free 18 hole rounds of golf at Vaaler Creek Golf Club, a beautiful bronze statue, ‘The Buckin’ Cowboy”, atop a dark, granite finish, and we are just scratching the surface. There will be items from Rockin’ R Steakhouse, Breiger Pottery, On the Square, McCall Creek Farms, The Deutch Apple, Blanco Florist and more.

So come on down and enjoy some food, friends and fun with good music, great dancing, and a chance to bid on or win one of numerous prizes to be given at the Gem of the Hills Valentines Day Dance on February 16, 2008. See ya’ll there!
