Mr. Woodcock

Keith–There’s no one who plays hard-nosed, rude, and insulting characters like Billy Bob Thorton, and that’s what makes Mr. Woodcock what it is. Meet the feared PE coach who is loathed by all who have entered his class and is now dating the mother of one of his previous students, much to the dismay of this adult former student. The rest is history as they are thrust into a relationship that neither want. Let the fun begin. 2 ½ paws.

Noel–Mr. Woodcock, starring Billy Bob Thorton, is about a hated P.E. teacher and his students. One of Mr. Woodcock’s students, after battling the ridicule of his P.E. teacher, writes a book about getting over your past. On his book tour he is invited to come back to his home town and to be presented with the corn cob key (he lives in a small town in Nebraska). Once he returns, he finds out that his mother is very happy and is dating again after years of being a widow. Come to find out, the man she is dating is the loathed P.E. teacher who caused him to write the book about getting over your past. Now both of them have to try and find a way to get along. This is a humorous movie but forgettable. 2 ½ paws.
