Keith E. and Nancy Domke, of Riverton, Wyoming, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachelle Accalia Domke, to Charles Willgren, son of Cordelia Willgren of Cedar Park, Steve Willgren of Austin, and grandson of well-known Blanco residents Jewell Scott and the late Judge Charles Scott. Ms. Domke is a graduate student studying atmospheric science at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. Mr. Willgren manages websites for the Blanco County News, Texas Hill Country Magazine, and other publications in the Texas Hill Country. The wedding is set for July 11, 2009, near Sinks Canyon State Park outside Lander, Wyoming, with a reception in Blanco the following weekend.
