Members of the Blanco FFA Chapter closed out the 2009 show season with more successes at the Star of Texas Livestock Show held in Austin

In the Market Steer Show, Kaleigh Anderson made the premium sale with her Reserve Champion Limousin Steer and once again got to be a part of the Grand Championship Drive. Other steers placing high were Quaid Haack with the 6th Place AOB Steer and Keaton Dodd with the 8th Place American Steer. Also making the sale was Claire Klepac with a fourth place Crossbred Market Hog. Other Hog Exhibitors included Trevor Hardin and Laney Latham. Sheep and Goat Exhibitors included Darin Dollahite, Rance Dollahtite, Victoria Jones, Robert Jones, Alex Gustafson, Mindy Dechert, Tyler Hardin, Trevor Hardin and Ryan Edwards.
