Alumni Baseball Game Announced - Sports - Blanco County News

To all Blanco High School Baseball Alumni: (Old Guys Who Still Think They Can Play)

The 2009 Junior Varsity and Varsity Baseball team would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the Blanco Panther Baseball Field on Saturday, April 11th.

The day begins with the Alumni playing the JV at 1:00pm, followed by the Home Run contest. To enter the contest, it will cost $10; one dollar per ball thrown by Coach Wyatt. Winner gets a trophy. At 5:00pm, the Alumni will battle the Varsity.

This game has been going strong since 1989.

The Varsity has the lead 14-6, and has won the last five years.

The cost to play in both games is $20.
