According to a press release from Blanco Independent School District Superintendent Cliff Gardner, a local high school English teacher and girls’ coach was placed on administrative leave on Friday, November 30, 2007. She was hired on July 9, 2007.

Kylie Neighbors’ resignation became effective December 13, 2007.

Blanco ISD says that it will continue to move forward with providing the best educational programs and services possible to our students, and our parents and students can be assured that they always strive to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. As always, they want to thank the community for its support.
