Former Blanco Resident Releases First Novel

Tate Publishing & Enterprises announces their newest science fiction release Stranded, by Scott Ayars. Critic Cynthia Sherman states, “This is a good piece of work and I can see it becoming great. The characters are strong, the plot is interesting, well written, and the storyline is well paced, and I am impressed.”

Scott Ayars was born in San Marcos, Texas, in 1960. His parents settled in Blanco, Texas in 1977, where he lived while attending San Marcos Academy, graduating in 1978. Furthering his education at Central Texas University earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Aviation, he continues a thirty-one year flying career. Mr. Ayars combined his expertise and knowledge of flying with his love of science fiction into his timeless adventure novel, Stranded.

He currently lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife Molly and continues his flying career as an airline pilot for a locally based airline.
