Livestock Team Places High at Victoria - School - Blanco County News

FFA Members Tyler Noah, Matt Pepper, Alex Gustafson, and Maggie Dennis placed 3rd overall in the Jr. Division of the Victoria Livestock Judging Contest. Tyler and Alex would also rank high individually placing in the top 10

The Blanco FFA Livestock Judging Team recently competed in the annual Victoria Livestock Judging Contest held in conjunction with the Victoria County Livestock Show. Overall, there were more than 100 teams and over 320 individuals competing in this year’s event.

Blanco’s team of Alex Gustafson, Tyler Noah, Maggie Dennis, and Matt Pepper, would finish 3rd in the junior division with Alex and Tyler ranking 6th and 7th respectively. In the senior division, Kaleigh Anderson, Keaton Dodd, Quaid Haack, and John Pepper would finish 10th. Others judging included Claire Klepac, Garrett Gombert, and Trevor Hardin.
