Blanco High School students and FCCLA members recently participated in a “Shattered Dreams” event on Friday, April 3, 2009. Shattered Dreams is an educational program designed to remind students of the dangers and consequences of drinking and driving. The program involves the dramatization of an alcohol-related crash at or near a high school campus, complete with EMS, police and fire department response. BHS students and staff observed the crash scene at the football field parking lot on Friday afternoon.
