EEA Clubs Announce Cookbook Corrections
Wednesday, May 20, 2009 • Posted May 19, 2009

The annual Spring Luncheon, hosted by the Blanco County EEA Clubs, was held on April 24 at the Gem of the Hills Center in Blanco. Cookbooks, containing favorite recipes from club members, are sold every year at the luncheon with many in the community having a collection of these cookbooks from years past. Listed below are corrections to be noted in the 2009 cookbook:

Page 3: Mexicali Meat Loaves: Baking temperature is 350 degrees. Page 17: Dawn Cox submitted recipe Page 37: Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse: Remove last line on this page which starts “bake”. No baking is required. Page 44: German Chocolate Pound Cake: Baking temperature is 300 degrees.

Contat County Extension Agent Gretchen Sanders if you would like a 2009 cookbook. She can be reached at glsanders@ag.tamu.edu.
