Wednesday, May 20, 2009 • Posted May 19, 2009

The Blanco Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the Ranches of Brushy Top as a Bronze Marketing Partner of the Blanco Lavender Days (the month of June) and Lavender Festival being held June 12, 13 & 14, 2009.

The Ranches of Brushy Top is “Nature on Display 24 Hours a Day” and welcomes you to cross the threshold of your past into your future. From the moment you traverse the covered bridges of Brushy Top, you become part of nature. It is a community where the preservation of beauties of the past and the prospects for the future are held in equal esteem.

The Ranches of Brushy Top consists of 2,200 acres and is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, equally distant from Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. With elevations ranging from 1,388 feet to 1,800 feet, Brushy Top offers tracts from 5 to 76± acres with stunning vista views – something that has now become scarce in the Texas Hill Country. An unspoiled haven, Brushy Top is alive with beautiful terrain and exotic wildlife including Oryx, Lechwe, Antelope, Axis Deer, Sika Deer, Impala, and numerous native animals.

In 2006, The Ranches of Brushy Top joined the Country Community family of Ranches of Doe Run (Chappell Hill, TX), Windy Meadows (Brenham), TimberLake Village (Tomball), SpringCreek Village (Brenham), and Meadows of Chappell Hill (Chappell Hill). All of the Country Communities developments offer a fresh perspective of country living, a way of life that keep people and land in harmony. At the heart of each of the communities, you will find respect and appreciation for the natural beauty and integrity of the land, with winding country roads that follow the natural contour of the land and breath-taking views, lakes and trees. Nature Is Our Master Planner.

The Ranches of Brushy Top is a proud member of the Blanco Chamber of Commerce. We invite you to come out and visit our community. You can contact us at either 830-833-5555 or brushytop.com.
