Joyful Noise in Blanco
Wednesday, June 3, 2009 • Posted June 2, 2009

A new coffeehouse is opening soon in Blanco. Owners Keith West and Leslie Reilly are very excited to offer the community a new hangout aptly named “Joyful Noise”. “We all need a celebration and everyone is welcome to join the fun” says Leslie Reilly.

The Joyful Noise will serve organic coffee, pastries, espresso, smoothies, soups, salads, and sandwiches on homemade bread. Beer and wine will be sold when the TABC license is granted.

Opening is set for June 12th when Blanco will be hosting the fifth annual Lavender Festival. “Hours of operation will be limited in the beginning but eventually, with community support, we will be open seven days a week” claims Keith West.

The Joyful Noise is located where the old Blanco County News office resided years ago at 6th and Pecan Street. Along with locally grown food, the coffeehouse will feature local artists and musicians.
