•Community Action Senior Citizen Program of Blanco County will be hosting a Blood Pressure Clinic and “Ask the Nurse” session on July 7 at the Gem of the Hills starting at 2:30pm. Please come with your questions and stay for snacks! *The Meals on Wheels (MOW) Program is currently recruiting for their “Scenic Route” which extends all the way out to McCall Creek Road. If you are over the age of 65, and medically unable to come into the center for lunch, or are able to provide a Physician’s Statement that you need assistance, the MOW Program can provide a nutritious lunch delivered to your home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
