Arnosky Farm Hosts Tasting

Three "local food celebrities" and their delicious products will be featured at a Tasting Event at Arnosky Family Farm & Market, Saturday, March 15th, from 10 AM to 1 PM. The featured producers are:

Pure Luck Texas, the award winning goat dairy in Dripping Springs, will be represented by Gitana Sweethardt, and she'll have a selection of Chevres, Del Cielo, and Feta for all to sample. (purelucktexas.com)

Erin Rice-Oyler, owner and grower with her husband, Todd, of Groovy Greens in Blanco, will bring samples of their fresh sunflower hummus, various sprouts, and salad mixes. (groovygreens.com)

Sibby Barrett of Onion Creek Cooking School at Juniper Hills Farm, Blanco, will showcase her tapenades and salsas. These delicious jars make great gifts--come and try them. (juniperhillsfarm.com)

Know your farmer, dairyman, and chefs, and collect ideas for fantastic foods you can prepare yourselves! Meet your neighbors! Vegetable and flower garden transplants, fresh cut flowers, fresh picked lettuces, & farm eggs all grown on Arnosky Family Farm will be available for sale, along with the "local foods" featured in this event. Arnosky Family Farm & Market is located in the Big Blue Barn on RR 2325, at the junction with RR 165 in Historic Payton Colony, 8 miles East of Blanco, and 15 miles West of Wimberley.
