Planet Terror

Keith–Much like Death Proof a few weeks ago, Planet Terror has that Tarantino feel to it, mostly because the director Rodriquez is one of his influences. Rodriguez shows us in this film why he's still one of the best at this game. Planet Terror isn't as slow as Death Proof and blends great comedy and violence to the zombie genre and delivers a great movie if you like this sort of film (I loved it!). Bruce Willis, Fergie, and Rose Mcgowen are just a few of the big names that grace this film and the machine gun/grenade launcher leg on McGowen is priceless. 3 1/2 Zombie Splattering Paws.

Noel–I know what you're thinking, "Not another penguin movie." But this is a very enjoyable movie for all ages and the best penguin movie to come out since the first penguin movie. I was laughing out loud throughout the entire movie. The way they do the animation in Surf's Up is interesting; I felt like I was watching a special on ESPN about surfing penguins! There is also a good message in this movie for kids about how winning isn't everything. It’s just an all around funny and entertaining movie, 3 1/2 paws.
