Chamber Mixer Held
Wednesday, October 24, 2007 • Posted October 23, 2007

The Blanco Chamber of Commerce held its Fall Mixer last Thursday at Yett Park. The mixer was a big success due to generous sponsorships by Adams Automotive, Benson Body & Paint, Blanco Heating, Cooling & Electrical, Bobby Mack, Cattleman’s National Bank, Hill Country Liquor, Ingram Ready Mix, Napa Auto Parts, Paragon C & D Builders, Texas Hill Country Financial Services, The Business Card Source and the Yett Park Committee.

Entertainment for the evening was provided by Bobby Mack, accompanied by Kelly Donnelly on the bass guitar and Kevin Hall on drums. Everyone enjoyed beverages provided by Hill Country Liquor, barbeque brisket, and pork butt cooked by Gene Adams of Adams Automotive (who knew that he could fix cars and cook), Severn Granberg prepared barbequed chicken and beans for Blanco Auto Parts (everyone already knows that guy can cook), and Dobie Benson of Benson Body & Paint provided potato salad. Needless to say, no one went away hungry and a good time was had by all.
