Thin Ice is the fifth movie in the Jesse Stone series and is just as entertaining as the last four. Thin Ice stars Tom Selleck as the no nonsense police chief in small town Paradise, Massachusetts. Thin Ice, like the other Jesse Stone movies, is easy to watch, very entertaining and only about an hour and a half long. In Thin Ice, Jesse is shot along with his friend Healey on a stakeout in Boston. He also deals with the fact that the town council isn't pleased with him, the fact that his ex-wife is moving in with another man and a woman comes from New Mexico to Paradise claiming that her son, who has been missing since the day after he was born, is living with someone in Paradise. Talk about a lot of things to deal with at once!! Jesse takes it all in stride and deals with every concern with the same short answered response.

We have really enjoyed watching these movies and look forward to another one being released sometime in the future. 3 1/2 paws
