Victor Dunning has been helping to start churches and has pastored in the U.S.A.and U.K. He has traveled to many other countries, including Scandinavia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. He was sent out into full time ministry from South Chard Christian Fellowship, U.K. where he served as an elder and pastor. From 1980-2003 he served as overseer and pastor in the Hopewell Network of Churches, Elverson, PA.
Throughout his ministry, he has witnessed divine healing. His main burden is to see God’s people set free from burdens, problems from the past, to encourage reconciliation in the body of Christ and lead God’s people into their own gifting. He is a great believer in the power and influence of the local Church.
He has been serving as an advisor to networks and churches based in Harper, Texas and traveling throughout the USA and abroad preaching and teaching.
Victor and Diane Dunning are the founders of Bridge Building Ministry, involved with church planting and are both Pastors. Out of many years of experience has come the desire to make available ministries that will help churches reach their goals, and encourage leaders in their gifts. They are called to “Repair Broken Walls”–Isaiah 58:12 and are dedicated to bringing restoration to hurting people and equipping the church for the harvest. All people matter to God. They are affiliated with Harvest.Net, Ephrata, PA and Wild Ride Ministries Inc., Harper, Texas.
Victor Dunning’s educational background is Axminster Comprehensive School, Axminster, Devon, UK; Bicton School of Agriculture, Devon, England; Moorlands Bible College, Dawlish, Devon, England (Now Christchurch, Hampshire, England); and Chesapeake Bible College, Maryland. Master of Ministry.
Victor and his wife Diane have 2 married children and 6 grandchildren. For the past year they have been ministering part-time at Blanco Cowboy Church through Wild Ride Ministries Cowboy Church of Harper, Texas and are now called to serve as teaching and outreach minister of Blanco Cowboy Church and to raise up gifts in the church body to help build the church based on Ephesians 4:11-12. Pastor Vic stated, “I am called to help Blanco Cowboy Church grow to the next level with the vision that is here, to bring in the wounded warriors, disciple them, then send them out to the harvest.”
Pastor Dunning and the Blanco Cowboy Church family are excited about the growth of our Children’s Church and the vision for our Children’s Ministry. The installation of the Arena Lights are near completion and plans are progessing for getting the Arena covered, enabling us to grow our Arena ministry by reaching out to all of the youth and their families in our community and the surrounding area.
Saddle up, ride on over and fellowship with Pastor Vic and the church family as our latch-string is always out to welcome you; or, just cowboy up, pull your hat down, tighten your saddle and come join us as we all take a deep seat and open the chute gate as God continues to lead us on HIS Blessing-filled ride at Blanco Cowboy Church....where JESUS is LORD!
