Volleyball Starts Season With Scrimmage - Sports - Blanco County News

The Blanco Panther volleyball teams got an early start on the season with a scrimmage on Friday, August 7 at 10am in Blanco.

The freshmen and JV played in the middle school gym, and the Varsity played at the high school.

The teams honed their volleyball skills against teams from Lago Vista, Canyon Lake and Center Point. The girls’ regular season started August 11 at home against Center Point.

The teams will travel to Medina on August 14. The next home game will be against Lago Vista on September 1.
