The Water of Life Church on the corner of 9th and Elm Street invite you to a last training session on: 20 and 27 October 2007. (All Faiths building) from 2 – 4 pm.

Pastors Bill and Helen Shobe have been co-directors of the Healing Rooms in Washington DC. They have been part of the Healing Rooms worldwide network that is growing across the world.

They long to train and encourage the disciples of Jesus Christ to lay hands on the sick and pray for His healing presence to come and heal those in need. Nothing is impossible with God.

The Lord’s presence is released through prayer in Jesus’ name and said in faith by His disciples. We can sometimes see this healing taking place immediately. Sometimes people are wonderfully healed in only one session of prayer. Other times there are “hindrances” or “road blocks” which are standing in the way of this healing being released in their bodies.We then pray for revelation by the power of the Holy Spirit to find out what these hindrances can be. Sometimes a few sessions of prayer are needed to bring a total manifestation of healing into a person’s life. We have seen many miracles take place in Washington, DC, and we are also seeing them now, here in Blanco.

Bill and I love to pray for those who are told that it’s almost over. Only the Lord can determine that. Jesus came to bring life, and more abundantly. We hope to help equip teams from various Christian denominations to pray for The Lord’s people, during these Healing nights in Blanco. Asking His mercy on all.

We start Healing Room Nights in January 2008. You can then invite those in need of healing to come and be healed in Jesus’ name. The Lord encourages us in the promises we have in Jesus Christ. By His stripes (Jesus’) we are healed!

More than 27 different church denominations came and formed teams to pray for the sick in Washington, DC. The miracles the Lord did through this devout team were astounding.

We invite you to become trained and take this training back to your church so that you can be a blessing to them and perhaps become a part of a healing prayer team for Blanco and the surrounding Hill Country on such nights.

After the second session of training, we may invite you to become intercessors or lay hands on the sick during these prayer nights.
