I'm not sure where to start with this movie. It's a great revenge/thriller flick, but it's also a very disturbing movie; there are parts you might need to just turn away.

This entire movie (the last 20 seconds excluded) is just too realistic to view as just another movie. We all know there are sicko's out there and some of us don't want to be reminded. Some of us might take a more active role in awareness and justice in these instances, especially when it's thrown in our face like it is here, and still some might just say “well, it's just a movie”. Whatever category you fit in, the sexual assault in this movie is what drives the entire revenge aspect of the parents of this poor girl and these criminals get what they deserve, by my book.

A week at the lake house turns ugly when their teenage daughter takes their truck into town and dumbly follows her friend into a bad situation. Her parents are trying not to be too hard on her since they lost their son awhile back, and the whole family is trying to deal with it. So, they let her get away with a little more than usual and are soft at the wrong time. A big storm hits and some stranded people need a phone and a place to stay since their car broke down. Before the night is over, the parents realize they might be helping the very people that committed these horrendous crimes. Not sure what to give this movie in paws, but I will give out a big VIEWER WARNING for disturbing content. You've been warned.
