This movie is loosely based on the old Escape to Witch Mountain and only uses a few aspects of the 1975 movie. Let's get one thing clear, this is a movie that kids will love and you will be bored if your age is above... well lets see, ten maybe. My in-laws loved it and I'm not sure what that means, other than kids and maybe a few certain older people will like it, because my father-in-law stared at the TV with his mouth open and loved every minute of it and wants it for Christmas. But we were bored out of our minds. Let the kids watch it while you cookout for football games this weekend. 4 kid paws, 0 adult paws.
