Blanco’s own Blanco Canyon Gospel Group will perform Saturday at the Wimberley Gospel Music Festival hosted by the Cowboys For Jesus Christian Fellowship. The group will kick off Saturday’s show with a performance at 11:00am.

The gospel group performed this past Saturday at the Wimberley Market Days and The Trinity Lutheran Church Fundraiser. The group is comprised of (seated left to right) “Hank” Hankins of New Braunfels (mandolin/vocals), Michele Wilson of Blanco (guitar/vocals), Robbie Llanos of Spring Branch (in back row, lead guitar), Shandy Hale of Blanco (mandolin/vocals), Deanna Dosser of Blanco (guitar/vocals), Jerry Dosser of Blanco (guitar/vocals), and Ray Copeland of Henly (bass guitar/vocals).

The Blanco Canyon Gospel Group has been performing together for over a year and currently play upon request at churches, festivals, open-mike shows, and jams.
