The Blanco Panther Softball team defeated the Comfort Deer 9-7 in their second district showdown.

The Panthers are 3-2 in district play, which places the ladies in a solid third place. The ladies will host Junction Tuesday at 5:00 and 7:00pm, and Sonora on Friday 11 at 6:00pm.

Sonora is 5-0; Junction 3-1; Blanco 3-2; Comfort 1-4; and Brady is 0-5 in district play at this time.
