Juno

Keith–Juno comes out this week on DVD and it’s a great movie. Juno (Ellen Page) is a funny, sarcastic teenager who takes a nine month detour into adulthood when she's faced with an unplanned pregnancy and sets out to find the perfect parents for her baby. With the help of her charmingly unassuming boyfriend, supportive dad, and no-nonsense step mom, Juno sets her sights on an affluent couple longing to adopt their first child. What follows is nothing short of heartwarming, funny, tragic, and ultimately a lesson in love and life, Juno gets 4 paws.

Noel–Let’s face it, we all know that teen pregnancy is an ongoing problem and isn’t something to be taken lightly, but the way you handle adversity in your life can be humorous and that’s exactly what Juno does in this great movie. As most of you know, Juno is about a teenage girl who ends up pregnant and decides to give her unborn baby up for adoption. This movie goes through everything Juno encounters throughout her pregnancy and her decision of what family to choose for her unborn baby. Ellen Page truly makes this movie what it is. She plays her character, Juno, perfectly, with her quirkiness, sarcasism, and teenagerish attitude. I absolutely loved this movie and highly recommend it; I know I will be watching it again! 4 paws.
