Arthur Woods

Arthur Woods passed away December 27, 2009 at the age of 86 years in Waco. He was born in Boerne on January 19, 1923 to Lemmer Viola Newman and Forrest Lee Woods.

Arthur was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a carpenter in commercial construction.

Arthur is survived by his son Art and wife Michelle of Hamilton, three daughters, Sharon and husband Marvin Meeks of Tyler, Jody Kay Brown and Mary Woods. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Services for Arthur will be Wednesday, December 30, 2009, 3:00pm at Crofts Funeral Home in Blanco. Burial will follow services at the Smith Cemetery in Bergheim.
