Redbud Cafe Celebrates Ribbon Cutting with Blanco Chamber - Community News - Blanco County News

Redbud Cafe owners Jan and Jon Brieger cut the ribbon along with Marcy Westcott (Chamber President) Jennifer Oines, Amelia Lintner, Liz Waller, Debbie Homeier, Penny Thomas, Roger Barber, Natalie Hain, Matt Lewis, Rebecca Doll, Tom Phillips, and a group of happy customers.

The Redbud Cafe, which opened in September, serves delicious healthy soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Chef Nan Hanus specializes in a variety of baked goodies including cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cakes.

Winter hours are Monday - Thursday 10:30 - 3:30 and Friday - Saturday 10:30 - 9:00pm, with a weekend evening menu including gourmet Black Angus burgers and other special entrees.

Redbud Cafe has the largest selection of Blanco’s own Real Ale beers on tap (seven at last count) as well as a nice selection of wines including Texas favorites.

There is live music on some Friday and Saturday nights.
