The Wimberley Valley Art League is pleased to announce the second annual Arts Fest. Sixty artists from a dozen Central Texas art leagues will be displaying and selling fine art in media of all types in Wimberley Square on Sat., April 24, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., rain or shine. The Wimberley Community Center will be the location in case of rain. The Starlight Symphony will be presenting a mini-concert and there will be various musicians playing throughout the day. Actors from the Wimberley Playhouse will be performing street theater and there will be vintage cars will be on display.

And not forgetting the very young — there will be special creative activities for children at the Cypress Creek Park trailhead across from Wimberley Square that include mural painting, do-it-yourself face painting, balloon art, a creativity table, storytelling, Haiku poetry writing and more.
