On Wednesday, February 24, the Lutheran Church hosted the monthly birthday party at Live Oak Nursing Home. A big thank-you to Darlene Kiernan, who played piano, and Dorothy Dillon for coming to sing! We appreciate all who came to help out. Everyone enjoyed some Dorothy Troppy cake, ice cream, and punch while Happy Birthday was sung, and they opened their birthday gifts from Blanco National Bank. Rebecca Howerton delivered the gifts with balloons for our birthday honorees.

On Saturday, February 27, residents at Live Oak and their guests enjoyed the wonderful music of Fred and Pat Goff and Lee Evans. They came out and sang some beautiful southern gospel music.
