Charles Dewayne “Stormy” Waggoner, 55, passed away March 26, 2010. He passed away at the Central Texas Medical Center, San Marcos, where he had recently retired as lab manager. He graduated from Blanco High School in 1972 and was a graduate of SWT College in San Marcos. He lived in many places with his family while growing up.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewayne and Ilene (Byars) Waggoner and a sister, Donna. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Waggoner of Blanco, two sisters - Mamye Jo Thomas of Pattison and Retta Jane Martin of Blanco, five nieces and two nephews.

A graveside service was held at the Blanco Cemetery 1:00 p.m. Monday.
