The Punchers came out firing, but couldn’t hang on to the lead, ending up on the losing side of a 5-4 ballgame against Eldorado last Tuesday.

Last Friday, the Punchers did all they could to give themselves a boost for their first win, but it wasn’t enough to get past Johnson City, as the Punchers lost 5-2 in seven innings on Friday. The Punchers scored one run in the first inning, and then followed it up with one more in the third. In the first, Punchers scored on an RBI double by Emanuel Martinez, bringing home Stockbridge.
The Puncher have another home game vs. Ozona Thursday at 5 p.m. The Punchers are now 0-2 in district play.
