Lady Rangers Place 2nd in “Tuff Girls” Match - Sports - Blanco County News

On Monday, March 29, the Smithson Valley High School Lady Rangers Golf team played in a 36 hole "Tuff Girls" match with Regan, New Braunfels, and Johnson. The match was held at Pecan Valley Golf Course in San Antonio; tee times started at 7:30 a.m. and the second round started at 1:00 p.m. Smithson Valley High School placed second, with a team total of 651.

The team was lead by Carly Pyle 82-76 158, Pyle placed second individually. Regan placed first with a team total of 644.

The District tournament was held April 5-7 at Pecan Valley Golf Course.
