BMS Students Attend HC Trail Brochure Launch
Wednesday, April 21, 2010 • Posted April 20, 2010

Some of the Blanco Middle School students were selected to represent their school as ambassadors at the Texas Hill Country Trail Region Brochure Launch. They enjoyed a wonderful experience getting to see the new brochure, as it was unveiled for the first time. They were also sworn in as Jr. Texas Rangers by retired Texas Ranger Davis and presented with their own Jr. Texas Ranger badge.

The boys pictured are 6th graders Joshua Copenhaver, Ian Kirkland, and Jackson Fordyce. Even though they were very proud of their new title, it didn’t take long for them to end up in the old Blanco County jail. Lucky for them, as Jr. Texas Rangers, the jail was just another fun part of getting to enjoy their few hours away from school!
