Raymond Allen St. Clair, 48, of Blanco, Texas passed away on Monday, April 26, 2010. Funeral services were held on Monday, May 13, 2010, in Huntington, West Virginia at the Reger Funeral Chapel and burial followed in Southerland Cemetery in Wayne County, West Virginia. He was born on April 8, 1962, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a son of the late George W. and Deloris Yvonne Adkins St. Clair.

Survivors include his son, Justin Allen St. Clair and daughter, Sarah Marie St. Clair of Blanco, Texas; the mother of his children, Kathy Marie Heckel of Blanco, Texas; five brothers, Robert St. Clair of Greenville, South Carolina, Chestle St. Clair of Barboursville, West Virginia, Ronald St. Clair, Warren St. Clair and George St. Clair, all of Huntington, West Virginia; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Dennis Spears of Huntington, West Virginia.
