Three Blanco Panther baseball players have been selected to play in the annual Valley-Hi Optimist All-Star Game in San Antonio this Saturday, June 26, at 6:00pm. The annual event is played each year on the campus of St. Mary’s University at V.J. Keefe Field.

This year, seniors Brooks Wyatt, Tyler Tredaway and John Pepper will be representing Blanco High School. Each year, teams are selected from the top players in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This year alone, Brooks, Tyler and John were all among the area leaders in numerous statistical categories while helping guide the Panthers to a 24 and 12 record, as well as bi-district and area championships.
