The Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association recently released its 2010 All-State Teams. On the 2A roster, Blanco Panther senior John Ryan Pepper was named to the 2nd team as a 1st baseman. In addition to being named to the THSBCA All-State Team, John also joined teammate Tyler Tredaway as 1st Team Selections on the San Antonio Express News Sub-4A Team. Both John and Tyler were selected as infielders.

For the year, both John and Tyler rewrote the Panther record book, while being named 1st team all-district in addition to receiving several all-tournament selections in helping the Panthers advance to the regional quarter finals.
