Harold W. Musgrove passed away on June 23, 2010 at the age of 80. He was born on a farm on February 20, 1930 in Moscow Kansas, to Claty Musgrove and Stella (Hoskinson) Musgrove and grew up in Hugoton. He married Glenda Jean Toot of Liberal, KS in 1952 and were together over 54 years until she passed away in July 2006. They leave behind four children and their spouses; William Musgrove, Teresa and Madison Barnhart, Aaron and Janet Musgrove, and David Musgrove, three grandchildren; Dahlan (and Cynthia) Willmon, Andrea Willmon, and Evan McAllister, and several foster children.

He joined the Air Force in 1950 and retired in 1973 as Superintendent of a Jet Engine shop. During his military career, Harold served in the Korean and Vietnam wars and was honored with numerous awards. He then became a big-rig mechanic, and later while living outside Blanco, TX, he joined the Postal Service as an 18-wheel route driver in San Antonio until he retired a second time. Later he moved to Bulverde, TX for a few years before settling in Fredericksburg, TX for the remainder of his life. Harold was actively involved with the VFW and American Legion. Harold was honest and genuine, fair and generous, compassionate and loving, and we can't forget humorous. Family, friends, and anyone who knew him will sorely miss him.
