Relay For Life Continues Fundraising Efforts Year Round - Community News - Blanco County News

The spring event of the Blanco County 2010 Relay for Life held in Johnson City was a huge success.

The event has come and gone but fundraising efforts and donations still continue throughout the year. These types of donations and fundraising efforts will help many with cancer “Celebrate More Birthdays.”

The 2011 Relay for Life will be hosted in Blanco. The planning committee is currently developing and anyone interested in participating should contact Sylvia Romero at 512-461-6337 or email sromero@txwinet.com by August 15, 2010.

The 2011 committees include: Accounting, Event Planning, Field Logistics, Luminaries, Online, Public Relations, Survivorship, Sponsorship, Team Development, and Youth Leadership.
