Chimney Valley Club Holds Last ‘10 Meeting

Members of the Chimney Valley Club of Blanco County Extension Education Association gathered at the home of Glenn Bishop on September 14, 2010, for the last meeting of the year. Those attending were Sue Houdek, Omce Depew, Dot Warrington, Glenn Bishop, Bernice Hokkanen, Jan Redmond, Gretchen Sanders, Mary Nabers, Leona Van De Velde, Dolores Bevers, Susie Johnson, and Jerry Copeland.

Officers for the upcoming year are Omce Depew, president, Dolores Bevers, vice-president, Jan Redmond, secretary, and Leona Van De Velde, treasurer.

The three County EEA clubs will have the joint annual meeting on September 30. The business meeting will be at 10:00 a.m., followed by lunch. Members will be bringing “attic treasures” that, after lunch, will be appraised by a certified appraiser.
