National Treasure 2

Here’s a huge blockbuster sequel that didn’t quite live up to the hype, and was definitely not as much of a treasure as the first. The story line was not up to par with the first, and the whole thing really didn’t take the time to get the whole story, and I’m not so sure the story was really worth more explanation. There is still some great scenery and fun puzzles, along with some comedic moments, but not enough to really draw you in. Kids will love it, but I didn’t. 2 paws

Well, this is not as good as the first. It’s sad, but true. The actors didn’t deliver their lines with any enthusiasm, and it all sounded rehearsed, but not in a good way. Everything in this movie, from the very beginning, was incredibly predictable. You could tell what was going to happen before it did, you could tell what the next lines were going to be, and you could really see where the movie was going. I had heard bad reviews of this movie, so I was partially already prepared but after watching it, it’s worse than I thought it would be. This is really sad to say all of this about a movie a lot of people were anticipating, and one that had such a great first movie part to it; let’s just hope Indiana Jones lives up to the hype. 1 ½ paws.
