Maenius Advances to NCAA Regionals - Sports - Blanco County News

Fredericksburg High School Graduate and Texas A&M - Corpus Christi Junior Hannah Maenius broke a school and stadium record in the women’s 800-meter run May 11 during the Southland Conference Outdoor Track and Field Champions.

Maenius broke the York Track record on the Sam Houston State campus with a time of 2:11.69 to win the 800-meter run. She has now earned a spot in the NCAA Regional which is set for May 30-31 in Lincoln, NE.

Maenius is the daughter of Rusty and Jeanenne Maenius and the granddaughter of Hugo and Margaret Maenius of Blanco.
