Perry Holt, 68, passed away November 30, 2010 at his Home in Johnson City. Perry was born in Big Spring, TX to Rufus Lee Holt and Birdie Seals Holt. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jerry Holt, and sister, Irene Penick. Perry is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Mary Livingston Holt; daughters, Carol Marie Stueler and husband Kevin of Johnson City and Suanne Haydon Taylor and husband Ben of Johnson City; son Tommy Haydon and wife Melyssa of Austin; sister, Joan Hernandez and husband Sam of San Antonio; and brother, Ronnie Collier and wife Shirley of Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Brenna and Addisyn Stueler, Reece Haydon, and Justin Liberty and many other loving relatives and dear friends. Perry worked for the LBJ National Park Service for 22 years. He loved country music and all things cowboy and western. In his spare time he enjoyed his professional trade of making spurs for over 20 years.

Visitation will be 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Crofts Funeral Home, Johnson City where funeral services will be held at 10:00am Friday morning with Pastor Jimmy Boatright officiating.
