"Jimmy" Garland Wayne Spencer passed away at his home in Spring Branch, Texas, on Monday, November 29, 2010. All wishing to celebrate his life are invited to join family and friends for an informal gathering at the Blanco Cemetery on Sunday, December 12 at 1:00pm for interment of his ashes.
